When you ask a person such as a lady can you be with her she will say that she has somebody a few times but doesn't say the persons name . does it mean she has somebody?

I can't speak for everyone. I can say that if someone ask someone (a female is she with someone). She might say that she is just to be honest and let you know that yes she does see other people from time to time. That doesn't mean that she is physically with them as for as a passionate relationship. Sometimes the people/ guys that she is speaking of may mean that their is (absolutely nothing their) a void. I know from experience that a female might have their heart set on something but, need other people to have her back. Regardless of if it's man/woman. If she doesn't say the name right off maybe it's bc, she doesn't care for a close relationship with the other party. Have you tried asking?

If she chooses not to tell anyone the name of her somebody then she thinks it is not information anyone else needs to know. It can be as simple as that and most of the time is as simple as that but is made more complicated by others over analyzing a situation.
