I searched for a Spring Hill thread on this forum, to no avail. So, here's a new SH thread. To start:

Burton has new plans online for a redevelopment of the Springhill Village Shopping Center that look to provide more cohesive elements to the area, including some new liner buildings and on-street parking. (Link below)

I don't see Al's 5 & 10 in the plans....

Losing them would be a serious blow to Spring Hill and the community.

I've always felt that the shopping center was dated and low scal looking for which an upper class area. Im glad there are plans to update the center from the 70's.

Nice ! But where at on McGregor ? McGregor is pretty dense with hardley any room unless there will be demolishing ?

McGregor just south of Springhill Ave. East side of McGregor

Makes sense, at first I was like ummm where the hell at ��. I forgot about the other end of McGregor. SpringHill Village / Old Shell currently have just as many developments as downtown.
