There are currently 15 projects in works right now (I assume in logistics) according to Phillip Burton, and if they can land all 15 projects it would completely lease out all of the phase 1 warehousing
Hopefully with companies already here looking to expand and not just move their warehouse. I’m pretty sure it’ll bring in new companies on top of that . I don’t want one part of the city to take a lost just so another part can boom.

I think about a month or so ago surge mentioned south mobile county as being the next boom. I haven’t been west of bellingrath much besides going to the track down there at night. Yesterday I was in the area during the day and the potential is definitely there. I think a few roads could use some upgrades such as 188, Padgett switch/Spanish trail/McDonald rd( wth is the name of the road lol) south of half mile , and deakle rd. Most of the road infrastructure is already there. Cant forget st Elmo airport is also getting an upgrade along with bfm.
