Need House (Mobile, Saraland, Satsuma: rental, neighborhood, purchase)

I soon will be moving to Mobile Area (Saraland) and would like to rent or lease purchase a home as I have not sold my present house yet. I would like to find something in the Saraland area. Looking for anything really, with garage, or out building. In ground pool would be nice. I am very handy and would like to see whats out there. Don't really know what lease purchases are going for in Mobile. Any help will be great, I look forward to moving to your fine city

My lease is up on my rental in Satsuma next month. It's a 3/2 (1500 sq. ft.) that rents for about $1000 a month. It has a double garage but no pool. It is on a small lot in a neighborhood right next to an elementary school. The house is only three years old. I am sure you can find something cheaper that is a little older.
