Default Renting a home in westmobile
I am moving out of Mobile due to job. I own a house in West Mobile in a safe and family friendly subdivision . I would like to give it for rent for the time being. Anyone has any experience in giving their houses for rent , let me know. I would like to know the pros and cons.
Also is it easy to find some one for renting ? What are the options I have to get some one to rent my home?

Some real estate companies will rent it for you for a fee. It takes the hassle out of screening potential renters, dealing with complaints from neighbors, eviction, etc.
