Default Looking for beautiful acreage for horses

We live in Gulf Breeze, Florida and are looking to find 20 + acres to eventually have horses on/landscape/garden/live etc... I would love something in an area that is peaceful, quiet, has some rolling hills, mature trees/oaks, the ability to build a large pond on. The utmost in importance to me is beauty as this is a compromise with hubby (I want to live in the Smokies). Where on the east side of Mobile would be ideal? I would like to be an hour or so from Pensacola. We have been looking in Baldwin County, but I am open to anywhere that meets our needs. Thanks in advance for your input.

PS: Not looking for timberland - but something with old growth. Maybe a stream...

One of my friends has a lovely 10 acre farm in Loxley. They have horses and many of their neighbors also have horses...have a great group that go on rides together. Loxley is very accessible to Pensacola, and prices of land, like everything else, have gotten quite reasonable.
