Mobile ... although it would be nice if Mobile put just one or two of those sky condos downtown like they have at the beach - and perhaps a chain grocery store/drugstore in the middle of downtown. That way people could live down there.

How do you compare a city of 200K with no beach to a town of less than 6K with just beach condos?
