We just moved to Mobile and are needed a place to say. We do not know how long so are interested in an extended stay hotel. We cannot do a lease and all apt. I have called on require 1 year. I have been doing some research but am looking for something more affordable. We are currently at the Place Value in Daphne and in May the cost will go up to over $1000 a month- ridiculous. The Intown Suites is the cheapest I have located at $860 a month. That's not bad because everything is included. The Place Value charges extra for everything, internet...etc. I am not pleased with the 'Value" of the place but the rooms are very nice and the location is great.

There's a place on Airport Blvd near Hillcest called Warren Inn (or maybe Warren Village) that will charge by the month. I don't know much about it but I don't think it's anywhere near $1,000 a month.

You could try Towneplace Suites on Montlimar Dr., might be high though.

You could expect around $120-160 for electricity, unless you use the oven every night, then it would be higher. Cable and internet you could do for around $90 per month.

So, on their website, there are 3 places: warren inn, warren village and warren house. are they all in decent areas? I'm staying in a place right now at $900 a month and the bed isn't even comfortable... I am here for work, so I'd rather do an extended stay, but does anyone know about all three of the places? Their addresses are all on Airport BLVD., but their numbers are 6427, 6964 and 6501.
