Tower on Ryan Park is real real nice. Alabama living at it's finest. I just moved in!
Beautiful apartments and reasonably priced. It is right in the middle of downtown with some sweet views. Love the exercise room! The movie center is awesome! I wouldn't live anywhere else in Mobile.
Did you see their website?

Although I am no longer young and only somewhat hip, supposedly it's the cool place to be downtown for the 20 something set, plus it's reasonable. It's also by the tony St. Francis place condos, walking distance to Liquid sushi and OK Bicycle Shop's mexican food place, the Dauphin St. Taqueria.

It is by Wings of Life, which is a residential home for those overcoming drug/alcohol addictions. They run a tight ship over there so shouldn't be any problems.

I'll have to look at this place when I am in town later this month - as I'm not familiar with it. Hopefully it's a starting point for a migration of residents back to Downtown. A loft atmosphere in Mobile would be great for the city culturally, and would help build business on Dauphin street even more.

Oscottscotto: There are several lofts being built in downtown Mobile .such as the matress factory, carriege works,Condos on top of NOJA ,St emmenauels place, the Gayfer building is being converted into lofs as well, and some being built in the detonti district. There are other buildings that are being converted inot lofts on Royal street as well. Take a ride down Royal street when you come home it is completly differnt from even a year ago.

^^^ Of course they do The towers at Ryan park aren`t a low budget place prices start at 900 $ and the poster who started this thread wnated something no more than 1200. Ryan park has apartmetns in the 1200`s . If they have an indor pool and a movie theater and it`s located in the lower Dauphin street area It should.
