Skip the doughnuts, and go for a walk, you'll live longer.

Yeah that`s what I figured Mimp we use to debate with the the northerners about that at A & M all the time.

7Spider : I`m 5 `10 168 lbs so I think I could consume a few and not worry ,lol. When you move here you will notice on rainy days in the Mobile area you will be more concerned with the crazy drivers than a donut. The speed limit is 50 on a sunny day they will drive between 45 and 60, on a rainy they drive 90 and above, You shall see my friend.

Port City, I've been dealing those same crazy drivers for 20 years here in Atlanta. Combine the speed on rain slick roads and the yo yos that can't stay off their phones or are trying to text message while driving, gota stay on your toes. As for dougnuts if you have that good self control and not want to eat a half dozen ( which for some people is hard to do ) then a couple of warm Krispy Creams every once in a while won't hurt ya. Spent a number of years as a Baker in NY and more recently at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, so I know how much butter and sugar goes into that stuff, scary, but yummy !

Default Its about the Coffee

It is not about the donuts. It actually takes a week to digest a donut. Skip the donuts. It is about who has better coffee. Dunkin Donuts is where it is at. We need to have Dunkin Donuts on the gulf coast. Is there any known plans?

I have never met a donut I didn't like but I do prefer Krispy Kreme, especially if you can get them warm right from the shop.
