Yes Fresh Market sale organic food and the "Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market" sale more organic food than the traditional Wal- Mart super center.

Yep, it will ... and the Fresh Market is a very nice store. It is not nearly as big as Whole Foods however, and it will not have as big a selection as Whole Foods either. But the Fresh Market is still a great upscale grocery place and should have what you need. No guarantees from me though.

Okay, neat. I don't buy too much food from there anyways, it's too expensive! I just try to get the yogurt there when I can because it's tasty low cal, and key-lime flavored, lol.

I did notice you mentioned flying, does that mean you won't have a car? Mobile doesn't have much in the way of public transportation, it's pretty much a car city. There are city buses, but I have never been on one so I can't give you advice there.

It turns out we will be driving down from MD, should be an interesting ride. We are probably going to break it up into two days. If we flew, we'd have to rent cars, and that can get quite expensive too, so driving it is!

Just got a notification about this post, gosh, it's an old one.

One of my coworkers had her mail forwarded temporarily, if I recall correctly, I believe they gave her a key to the related apartment mailbox. However, I'd double check with whoever you are renting through, whether Marriott Execustay (which is the company we used), or a similar service.
