Moving to Mobile/Spanish Fort -looking for RN nursing jobs
We are relocating this month from Michigan to Mobile AL, Spanish Fort area.
My wife is looking for a job in RN nursing field and it looks the job market is not so great like in other states.
Could you please offer any suggestions, personal opinions on this?
Thanks a lot,
Mark

I have heard of many positions but they are usually not the hours that most desire.

Might want to check for job opportunities in the Pensecola Florida area also. That would be a doable commute from Spanish Fort area.

Yes it is doable with less traffic and you wouldn`t have pay state taxes either.

Just look in the classifieds or the Alabama Joblink, about 80% of the listings are hospital jobs. My sister had no problem getting a LPN job in Daphne.

Not true. If you live in a state that has income tax and work in a state with no income tax, you still have to pay income tax to the state you live in. Was wondering that myself sometime ago and then did the research...turned out it was too good to be true.
