Fairhope, Daphne, Silverhill, maybe Magnolia Springs.. Those are the best quaint towns I can think of, not that Mobile isn't nice and has a small town feel to it, because it really does. I sometimes feel like midtown is its own little town, with locally owned businesses and owners who know you by name. Are you familiar with our area?

No, I'm not familiar with the area but considering a job relocation. Are there any good non-denominational churches around the area or in any of the 'burbs' that are noteable?
Thanks for the responses I'll reserach them.

I can't think of any names off the top of my head (been away for 2 years), but there are definitely many of those. There are alot of churches in Mobile. No one denomination dominates. The main four would be Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, and Non-Denominational ... in no particular order. Maybe others can help you on specifics. Typically (when I actually went), it was Christ United Methodist for me.

Quaint ? - across the bay for sure - close enough to Mobile if you work there but away from Mobile County - if you like quite - then try north on Hwy 225 towards Stockton, AL.
