Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Condos
What are the newest and nicest condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area? We have not visited the area in about 5 years and will be coming in May 2010 to celebrate our daughter's college graduation  . We need 2 condos; 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom, prefer tennis courts and beachfront. |

there are 2 or 3 that i can think of : Caribe Resort,Phoenix West,and Phoenix 9.

Turquoise Place, they have 2 towers, and it is beautiful! There is also Escape to Shore and Opal. These are brand new and some selling at auction this month. And like it shows above, Caribe is great!

The only negative about Caribe is that it isn't on the beach side; it is on the river.
Also, the Phoenix on the Bays (I and II?) are nice.

We just got back from a stay at Turquoise Place. VERY plush, and right on the beach.
I haven't seen a bad Phoenix yet.
Caribe looked wonderful, but you are right, it's on the bay. They do run a shuttle to the beach.

For a visit? Definately Turquoise! If you were going to buy I'd say the Caribe was the better bargain.

Consider Phoenix West
May want to consider a 4 bedroom/4 bath unit at Phoenix West instead of renting 2 different condos.
