Default Mobile anyone??

Does anyone know how the housing/rental market is in Mobile for single family homes...is the area growing?

We are interested in purchasing ...is it totally a buyer's market? We are not sure if we should wait.

Any Help appreciated.

Charles

Thumbs up Mobile

I've been in Mobile for almost five years now and really like it. The schools aren't great but homeschool satisfies that problem. As for your question on realestate, I've heard that any house under $200,000 is selling as fast as it goes up for sale. They are much cheaper in comparison to alot of other states I've been to lately.

29% increase in the murder rate this year over last years. Not someplace I would want to raise a family.
