Cool Events in Mobile and Baldwin Counties
I figured I'd get some discussion going about local events etc. and try to get some feedback from people who have attended things in the past. To start we're going to a Beach and Blues Fest. on Sunday at the Hangout in Gulf Shores. Live bands and Bbq contests should be fun, also Bayfest, The Baldwin County Fair and Shrimp Fest are all coming up soon  Let the fun begin ! |

7 SPIDER glad you are enjoying the area my friend. There is plenty to do in this area from the Fall season through out Mardi Gra and Spring. The Summer time is just based around the beach and is a more relaxed time for the Western and Eastern shore areas.

I know, now that I'm out of Atlanta I've decided that I don't do traffic any more, so when we had all that beach traffic I transformed myself into a back road country road driving fool and I love it. I found all sorts of ways to avoid the gridlock. |

It is the Animal Rescue Foundation's event in Cathedral Square with live music, a costume contest for dogs and owners, dogs for adoption, and more. The proceeds go to ARF. I'll try to find out the date, it's near Halloween.
