Default Looking for 4-6 acres within commuting distance of Mobile

We moving to the Mobile area. Some of what I read here makes Mobile sound like trash or perhaps tolerable. Schools are not a concern. Living out with a 4 to 6 acres would be ideal. Any suggestions? We are open to living in Mississippi or Florida.

I would suggest Baldwin county if you want to live near Mobile and are looking for 4-6 acres. Mobile has spread out so it may be hard to find a place with that much acreage.

look into Grand Bay,Al; lots of acreage available there. You do NOT want to live in Mississippi!!!
