Default can someone tell me cost of living in Dothan?
hi iwould like to know what cost s associated with living in Dothan would be. for example on $75000 home what would be my total taxs and homeowners policy. also i would like to know avg electricity bills for 1400 sqf home. basically anything about costs,prices would help, like water ,sewage,garbage fees.

Well I don't live in Dothan, but it's not THAT far away so I will make a guestimate.

On a $75k home I think you can expect under $1200 for taxes and insurance.

My house is about that size and with a heat pump my power bill is usually never more than $140 per month, but sometimes in the spring or fall when I'm not using much heat/ac it can be as low as $75.

Water, sewage, and garbage should be under $80 per month.

In this area a heat pump is the most efficient way to go.
