I am use to big companies and all the osha guidelines that goes with it and all the corporate policies.I would really appreciate anyones suggestions to help myself and my family get out of this hole they call phoenix and get back to the life i am use to."the country way of life is the only life there is"

Can't really help you , but thought I would let you know that Montana doesn't really have any large companies. The pay here is really bad. If you can somehow do something in the building industry, you would do just fine. That is where the money is right now. Of course, during some of the winter months things slow down there too.
Suggest you come to visit and look around. Also you could check out the local newspapers online and also the job service sites for each town. Montana is really big on having small, locally owned businesses. The billboards used to have signs for McDonald's and they called it Rick and Sheila's place! We do have some "big box" stores like Costco, Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot.
Good luck.

There can easily be any kind of warehouse/warehouse distribution jobs available in Montana on any given day of the week.
Montana has any good number of warehouse employment opportunities which may include these companies;
Big R
Fleet Supply
Town Pump Food Stores
Western Ranch Supply
Bob Wards
Coca-Cola
John Deer
Caterpillar
West-Tran
Simplot
Reddaway
and many others.
Montana has many locally based companies that provide warehouse employment opportunities within the state.
Warehouse employment requires a fast pace type of person who can think on their feet, while remaining focused and organized at the same time, and often times requires equipment operations certifications.
Some of these types of jobs can be high-end with regard to wages too, for the one with good skills and years of experience.
Not all jobs in the state are low-end, as many in these forums might have you believe. Take a look around, be selective and throw some resume's around, and you might find yourself to be somewhat surprised at just how much money you can make in Montana with regard to this industry.

Don't forget the government both fed and state, one of the biggest employers in the state. Also, semitool.

As an added note:
It's costs exactly half, on average, to live here, as opposed to where you are now.

My husband works in the warehouse industry. There seems to be a lot of it here in Billings. There are some good companies with good benefits. Let me know if I can be of any help!
