Default Glasgow, Montana

Can anyone give me information about living in Glasgow? I lived in Butte many, many years ago as a child and remember lots of snow! I now live in Deaver, WY and I am thinking about moving. I may want to trade my house (which is paid for) with someone who might be willing to also trade their homes. Just an idea I am thinking about, not sure yet. I would like to know what types of industries might be there, what kind of jobs, etc..... Thanks!

Betty

Thanks for letting me know you had already started a thread about Glasgow!! I read some of the posts and it doesn't look like it would be for me, not many jobs. Where are you in NC and why on earth would you leave that pretty state? Me, I live in a town of 200 people, long story but car wouldn't work, bought another (used at $5000.00) and it quit the first day. Lost my job as I had no way to work. I figure if I am going to move to be closer to work I am going to move to a new place, somewhere I have never been!! (Or lived anyway) LOL Just paid off my house the day before yesterday too. Free and clear. My brother, who lives in San Diego, is thinking about moving to Georgia, I may just follow him and his family. I have been thru NC, I fell in love with Maggie Valley, it has been about 10 years since I went thru there, beautiful, beautiful, place.

Just want something different than the norm. Kinda gets boring living in the same place 20 years. Sure North Carolina is great for alot of people but it's just not for me. If you do come to NC you won't regret it.

I can understand that, having lived in about 8 states during my life and overseas for a couple of years while in the Air Force. I like seeing new places and I remember NC as being a very beautiful state. Hope you find what you are looking for too!
