The Daily Inter Lake (http://www.dailyinterlake.com/articles/2007/03/23/news/news05.txt - broken link)

This comment is in reference to the above article.

I have been following this situation quit closely. And would like you to know that all facts stated in this article are not fact. They posted a correction to this article at a later date but I am unable to find it.

Of course she is going to want him out of the picture and put away. Ive heard from a credible source that he caught her in bed with a handicap teenager and the cruel and unusual punishment that her and a coworker inflicted upon another handicap child. He threateded to tell on her prior to his arrest. How ironic is that? Its about time they actually investigated it! Maybe the county attorney and police are protecting the wrong victim here! But they wont....

Prosecuting attorney offered a plea bargain that would reduce the charges against this defendent with the explicit condition that this child molestation against their victim not be brought up at the sentencing hearing.

Why would they insist on covering up for a child molester to get a conviction? Especially when the molester is protected by the prosecuting attorney.

Now the case has been continued to next term... Oct 07! Wonder if they did this because he wouldnt agree to their plea bargain?? Keep him in jail for another 3 months. Put the pressure on him a little longer. See if he will agree to their demands.

Is this justice? Or is this a coverup for something bigger? I just feel that more people need to know what sort of "plea offers" that our county attorneys are willing to stoop to in order to get a conviction and "protect society"

Tainted,
I really don't think this forum is the place for posting things like this. This forum is more designed for people looking for information on places (with some occasional diversion of topic).
