I don't know what the hell it is, but....

The other day, I made salsa again. I canned 9 pints. HOT! At the end of the day, I had 1 canned jar, and a half jar in the fridge. Its like these jars have a radio transmitter on them letting everybody know I'm making salsa. I start making salsa and the line starts out the door.

Today I am making a big batch, hot. I'm almost done and nobody has shown up. Maybe I'll be lucky and put them on the shelf. This one is a big batch, about 15 pints. Won't know til I fill the jars and seal them. My fingers are burning, I've cut up over 100 habenaros. Still have about 80 ounces of jalapenas too go.

We don't need to nuke 'em, just drop some of Elkhunters Salsa on them. That should take care of the problem

They would either be screaming from the pain, or begging for more and lose interest in terrorism.

Elk,

I’m with ya’ on the Habaneros. Picked some fresh from the garden last month and canned them within an hour. Can’t wait to eat them!

Morning-
Defrosted and cleaned out the freezer last night, making room for this years bounty. Looks like two whitetail and a mess of ducks and birds are on the shopping list this year. I made enough salami last year to last through this year, so roasts and burger are on the menu, and I really want to have a steady stock of mallards for whole roasting.

Time to get busy.
