I made some firecracker hot chili once using jalapenos, habeneros and little itsy-bitsy long slender hot whatchamacallit peppers.. Sliced 'em, boiled 'em, drank a few beers.. then went to the bathroom to take a whiz....

I learned a new use for Noczema lotion that day. It DOES relieve burning skin

(But my wife was a little upset about the whole 'thingy' in her Noczema jar thing... lol )

Been there, done that Threerun. Not a real pleasant ordeal.

Had some for supper after it being in the fridge. I'm going to call it "Medium". It didn't make me cry, just sweat.

Coffee's on. Grits are cooking.

My body finally caught up with Daylight Savings. No alarm, got up at 5:30.

Everybody is complaining about Daylight Savings time. Do you realize it was first suggested by Thomas Jefferson? They didn't start it until years later, but he was the first to recommend it. Yes, it was energy related. His idea was, if they roll the clocks ahead, they would save coal oil used to light buildings because moving the work day, lessened the time that business would be open and have to use lighting.

And when someone finally ran the math (from actual energy company use stats), which had never been done, turns out with modern urban schedules being what 98% of the people are on, DSTime actually COSTS about 1% more energy use, because what you gain in the evening, you more than lose in the morning.

hahaha I ate an egg yesterday out of my fridge that made me cry. Let me splain Lucy.

I take a gallon jar and I put in 8 hard boiled (peeled) eggs. Then a can of jalapeno's (juice, carrots and all) goes in. 1 sliced onion. A dozen little sausage weiners. Then another 8 eggs, a can of jalapeno's, 1 sliced onion and a dozen little sausage weiners. Then, a teaspoon of cayanne pepper. An ounce of red wine vinigar.

Put the lid on it and put it in the back of the fridge. Don't touch it for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Best pickled eggs and sausage you'll ever eat. Surprisingly, after 6 weeks, the eggs are not yet hot, although they have jalapeno flavor. But the egg I ate yesterday was out of a jar that has been in there for about 10 months.

Is anybody up to date on House Bill 198? Emminant Domain in Montana?

I have been watching that and some other bills in the Western Ag Reporter. There are some really interesting articles in there. Some really funny stories too.

Oh gee, doesn't surprise me, one has to get up now in the dark, so what do we do? we turn on lights, heat, cook, shower, oh duh...then the poor kids have to do all that before school in the dark and catch the bus in the dark!! I HATE it. why can't we MT just go standard?
