It's Bozeman for the UM/MSU game.

There, in lies, a bit of a problem. The doctors can only surmise what happened. I have further testing but it's on Dec 1 and it's in Rapid City. But I don't think it's going to tell me why I was in the hospital.

I had:
Physical Therapy started me on traction device for my neck.
Hospitalized for allergic reaction to a medication.
Casted my right foot.
New Orthopedic boots.

All in a 10 day period. Then, my legs started getting weaker and weaker until finally they became very painful for about a week and then swelled up. So which one caused it? hahaha

We sat down and discussed it and have come up with what we think. I have Moderate to Severe Asteoarthritis in both knees. I have Severe Impingment in my left hip (no cartlidge it's bone to bone). I am on pain meds normally every day for Spondilosis in my neck. So we are thinking that my legs, who didn't hurt before, finally broke over the threshold of what my pain meds were taking care of and reared it's ugly head. My legs were only painful for a few days before they swelled up.

So it was a matter of the pain meds masked symptoms until it was too late to correct anything.

My legs today, feel great.

But hey, look at the bright side. I get a free trip to Rapid City on the 1st.

Timber is right here next to me. She glued herself to my side when I got out of the hospital. I can't even go to the bathroom by myself. hahahahaha

Been posting the latest forecasts in the Montana and Wyoming forums. The warnings, at the bottom, always have "Prepardness, Precautions". I've started posting "Warm Jammies, and stock plenty of Hot Chocolate". It's probably not what they intended, but it just makes sense to me. haha

I'll be traveling to South Dakota soon. I told my daughter I was headed down on the 30th and will spend the night. Then go to appointment on the 1st. Then will spend the night. Then travel back on the 2nd. I told her I would be gone from the 29th til the 3rd. hahahaha Wanted to give myself some time to thoroughly enjoy the eveil sins of the big city.

Been plowing "snow flurries" for the last 2 hours. Weather guessers said flurries during the night and heavy snow on Friday. We got 2.5 inches of wet, heavy snow and they're calling for 10-12 inches tonight. I wanted this wet heavy stuff off the paved driveway so it wouldn't freeze up tonight and make tomorrow impossible. hahaha

Plow, coffee, plow, coffee, plow, coffee. Now I gotta finish plowing cause my coffee pot is dry.

Someone just sent me this lovely picture of travel between Minot and Williston... not sure when it was taken but I don't think I want to share that road! (Looks a lot like the last time I was there, at that... back about 1966ish.)

And while I was looking for wherever it came from, I found this nifty archive of ND photos:
