You haven't been reading my posts right if you think I tell people the weather is always sub-zero.

Unfortunately it felt like spring down here too. If it weren't for so much wind around Montana and Wyoming a lot of people would be enjoying it. But both states have about half the state in a Wind Watch with several large areas of Wind Warning with 35-40 sustained and in some cases gusts over 70. Fortunately, not here though.

The wind is horrid!! We lost power last night here in Montana City. I don't have my weather station up yet, can't get to it with the move. Bet they were fast and furious. temps are great, wish I felt like getting my plants I took from old place into the ground but the wind is stopping me.

One of the things I got for Christmas was a gift Cert for Shipton's Big R. So the other day I was in there and they have those rubber pull overs that have metal cleats for grip on ice, that pull over your boots. $7.99. Figured I'd try a pair. They are very tight, so I've been putting them on my boots at night to stretch them out a bit.

You should get yourself a pair.
