You might try looking at the picture thread that is a sticky at the top of the forum. There is an outside chance it has some pictures in it.

Wow! What wildflowers on my hikes & cascading water, water everywhere. There must be dozens of wildflowers. But alas! No pics here.

I hear you neighbor! Too much to do outside to be on the computer.
So much wildlife I saw today near Bull Lake. Too much to even take in. I tell you I am in the middle of God's country.

Liquid bacon that's certified kosher, what could be bad?

It's supposedly very good.

According to Andrea Ramirez, Torani’s customer marketing manager, “The bacon-flavored syrup has really taken off both in retail and in our online business,” It’s been used in fast food chain Jack in the Box’s bacon milkshake, and has also been used to flavor coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate milk and mochas. But Ramirez personally thinks its “salty, hearty, smoky flavor” is best for mixing into starchy foods like grits and mashed potatoes. “It’s also used in a vinaigrette for spinach salad,” Ramirez noted.

Thanks, E.H. Both are in my car.

I have a feeling that we will use wipers a few times going through WY. tomorrow. I don't care......just as long as my new windshield doesn't get cracked.

We'll be in the stadium for several hours.....the main ceremony starts at 10:00 but we will arrive much earlier than that.....I think some sort of continental breakfast starts at 7:30...... After the stadium ceremony, we have a brunch and then the various divisions of grads go to wherever......

We'll stay in Missoula for 2 nights and after graduation take off and sleep in Billings. I hope Stella's is open on Mother's Day...breakfast...not that I can find it again, but 2 of us have been there, so there is hope.....(the gps did not help us last time, nor did the cop's directions, but maybe we'll remember plus we've done a mapquest----it's near that tall hotel......Crown Plaza Hotel or something....so many of the streets are 1-way and change their names AND direction, one way might be W and if you go a block or two in the opposite direction it changes to S....thought I was going to have a breakdown before we finally found our hotel).... We won't be staying in the place next door to Stella's this time.....with priceline, you get what you get.

Woohoo, my Grizzly Girl is graduating!

I've lost two windshields in 25 years. Both were lost in Montana.

Have a safe trip.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Hey Wurzig..................

You probably already know this, but the weather for Fri, Sat & Sun is gonna be perfect.........so no need to worry. Break out your shorts and peasant blouses & give some of these "old staid Montana folks" something to talk about.......................What the hell.......how many times do you have a wonderful child getting a degree from "The U of M".

I remember well when our only daughter graduted in 1983. She had met so many fine folks while working part time running the bar at the "Bank Club" for those years both before during and after her schooling..............the number & different types of job offers she received, was quite impressive. She ended up using her degree in Education and has remained in teaching and the v.p. job at the middle-school through 27 years now....I believe the "end" may be in sight very soon now. Having gone through two major cancer surgerys (10) years ago) and then come back and get back into teaching full time again......I feel truly shows a high degree of dedication.

I'm sure your daughter will miss certain aspects of Missoula and the "U", but "time is a great healer". Congrats to her and the best of luck in whatever field she chooses to persue.
