Rickers,
Not so sure about these pictures, but some of your other work is very nice. You have a great eye for it. If you don't mind me asking what kind of camera do you have?

I have a Canon PowerShot SX10IS and it's a heck of a lot smarter than me !

This picture is another of a knot in larch wood and I placed a metal ring around the knot.

Another knotty shot. I like to jazz up the stock frames.

Default Wayne Newton purchased property on Flathead Lake

According to an article, Mr. Las Vegas, Wayne Newton, stops by Pablo looking for Mr. Chair, in the Char-Koosta News (Official Newspaper of the Salish and Kootenai Tribes), "Popular Las Vegas entertainer Wayne Newton made a surprise appearance on the Flathead Reservation Monday. Newton, a member of the Patawomeck tribe of Virginia, and his wife Kathleen recently purchased property just north of the reservation."

Kind of concerned about Seven, that neck of the woods is getting a little drafty.

I have a friend that went up to Williston a couple weeks ago for a job. The company is out of this area but has 4 trucks up there and long term lease on two houses. They had a man quit, so Mike went up to replace him. The funny part is that Mike has a camper on his truck. Since he got there, he's had several people approach him wanting to rent the camper.
Hi EH
Well the trip over to Oregon is a no go, seems that hubs is just a little too worried about the pass. Dang it, was to be a good time. But I am not complaining, we are all healthy and happy and all family is doing well.
I tell you that stuff in Williston is nuts, I sure wish I had a few rentals over there! People are sleeping in cars.
So it is an icy holiday for me in Eastern MT. Still taking a few days off from work so no real driving for me except on the 4 wheeler to the mail box. Heat up the gloog.

Default The Town Clock. ~♥~ Tic Toc Doc.

The valley is filling up with houses and strip malls. No industry is coming in.
We would love to buy some more property but the Flathead Valley is way over our heads now.
In a few months I guess we'll just go back to the east side and continue our refurbishing of our building and hope a deal comes along.
A building in the next block is for sale and I would love to buy it but they want more than our bank will lend us for it. I may try to see if they are motivated enough to give a deal that our bank will go for. (fat chance)
This town clock is on the building that I would like to buy if they would be a bit more down to earth on the price.

I played a very small part in the restoration of this clock.
It needed a little bending for the glass panels to fit right.
