So I have a case of canned mushroom soup, from before Campbell's ruined it. Except it's been frozen. It tastes fine, but the texture is weird. Wonder if I'll die if I eat it.
Hey Rez! Did you eat the soup? You're supposed to come back and tell us what happened. Whatsa matter you?

I'm dead.

It kinda had the texture of sawdust. Not being a termite, I decided it was dog food.

Ha... some of them would eat it can and all, if I let 'em... not real fussy. Considering they eat dirt, sticks, bones that have been chewed down to lumps, horse pucky, plastic, wire, beer cans, and occasionally even poisonous plants, I suspect they'll consider sawdust-and-mushrooms a special treat!

With three horses out here, they get their hoofs trimmed every 6 weeks. Shoes come off, hoofs trimmed, shoes put on. The dogs here (4 of them), love to chew on the trimmings. They like them better than any rawhide or chewy bones. Trouble is, about 4 hours after Timber gets into the trimmings, Timber pukes all over the place. I have successfully trained her to puke on the mat at the front door. Its rubbers, like a floor mat in your car. Just hose it off.

Everybody is gone, so I'm feeding and watering. Tonight I went out to put the chickens up and when I came out of the chicken shack, there was Timber, chewing on a hoof trimming. So now I'm just. waiting, I know its coming.

Exactly. I could teach her to not chew on them, but every time I catch her, she's just finishing up. I need to catch her just as she is starting. It would be easier.

No, that won't work. She's setting next to Mme right now, eating chips with my salsa on them.

Once again, yard light on, not a single trick or treater. Went outside and watched up and down the street and didn't see a single kid. What has this country come to? In the past, with really low numbers of kids, I bought full size candy bars to hand out. Oh well, my grandkids will love them next week when I go to town.
