I have pictures I could scan if I had a working computer. Dad kept his pilots licensee well into his 70's, although he never bought another plane.

You could take a picture of it with your phone and use that image.

Good idea, I'll dig the photo out of the suitcase. May take a day.

Back in 1950 my dad flew his airplane into a hill. Busted up pretty bad
So, what you're saying is that you inherited your, um, closeness to the medical community?

I come from a small town where the weekly paper really strives for finding anything the can for news
But they're SO much fun to read! Like city arguments about backyard chickens, LOL. (I get the Big Timber Pioneer sent to me.)

The problem with a weekly paper that comes out on Wednesday, is that if you die on Thursday, you will be planted before anybody is notified in the paper. The good part of a small town is the paper isn't needed because every person knew about your death before the meat wagon evev picked you up.

By the way, when I broke my neck, I was riding for the Navy Rodeo team. Was at Camp Pendleton and drew a horse called Heal Duster (bareback). About 2 seconds into the ride, I blew my rigging and went over the front and landed on my head and the horse planted one hoof on my neck and one on my upper back. Went to the doctor 3 days later. Broke C1-C5.

I've never been accident prone, but I have a high Terrance for pain and tend to brush things off.

I guess, looking at the horses point of view, he did a wonderful job. hah . Hey, it was a sanctioned event, which means I had a written set of Navy orders, so it was considered a Service Connected Injury, which means its covered, medically by the VA.
