Hello,
We are a family of 5 looking into relocating to a small town such Cut Bank. We were wondering Do you have any medical or computer jobs available there or will we have to commute to a larger city for those type of careers? How friendly are the residents in your community? Are they welcoming? I hope that gives you an idea what kind of information we are looking for. ![]() Thank you so much for your time. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, The Bruni Family |

I would look at other places than Cut Bank to be sure. If you do go there be prepared, it is the coldest place in the state and as for IT jobs, you will be lucky to find any job there. If you are looking for IT and medical you will have to go to a larger city. Commuting from Cut Bank or Browning to another city is not really a viable option.
Flathead area hospitals are hiring all the time as they are expanding and just built a built a brand new hospital (one of 2). There are some IT jobs in the Flathead and some that can be done remotely from the Flathead. Don't let anyone here tell you that the only place to find employment is in Missoula,Great Falls,Helena etc...... |

For IT, you might check with local telephone cooperatives who are looking to increase their services. I know of MidRivers, Nemont, ThreeRivers, Triangle. All telephone cooperatives in smaller towns.

Hi(:
We are just packing to move from Seattle to Cut Bank now. I am blown away at how much the rental trucks cost thru Uhaul and Budget. Just a small 10 foot truck is close to $600 one way and that isn't counting gas. Penske is half of that but the nearest drop off location is in Idaho. I will be glad once we get to Montana. I didn't realize moving trucks cost so much! Anways, good luck with your move. ![]() God bless, SnuggleBump Seattle |
