* TIMING: VERY STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH FRESH SNOW COVER
TOPRODUCE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS THROUGH TONIGHT. THE WINDS WILL
DECREASE LATE TONIGHT AND ALLOW CONDITIONS TO IMPROVE.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST WINDS RANGING FROM 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS
TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS: VISIBILITIES COULD BE REDUCED TO ZERO AT TIMES WITH
WHITEOUT CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. THE STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO
CAUSE DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS. SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING SNOW IS
ALSO POSSIBLE. ROADS WILL BECOME SLICK AND SNOWPACKED.

* PEOPLE WITH TRAVEL PLANS...ESPECIALLY ON INTERSTATE 90...
SHOULD MONITOR THE WEATHER FORECAST CAREFULLY. THIS IS A
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION TO TRAVEL IN.
