Hello all!!

What is the sq. footage going rate for an existing home-built in about 2004..I was told it is now about 150 sq ft to 160 sq ft...Any locals know? I need this info soon..how do I figure in acreage with this, altho the home and acreage was bought as one, new..they originally paid 119sq ft in 'o4 for home/land..
The land is not really improved..no lawn, just a few small trees added..
