I'm moving to Kalispell,MT! Although my parents are divorced and remarried they actully agree on this one thing:Montana is a good state; case closed and no questions asked!Which is a complement to you folks out in MT.!

Anyway I still go to school, in fact I am starting Junior High soon(yippy!) At my other school i was made fun of and such! I've been to a few Elementary schools ...but in this state! I'd wouldn't mind these schools in Mt. i just need advice! What kinds of activities are there and are there good youth groups in the churches! And what about the middle schools... how good are they! I'm the: "New-Girl in a a New state!" key word: new! Any info will help!
thanks for reading!

Well new girl,
I think you will enjoy Kalispell and the surrounding areas very much! The middle schools are good and they just built a new high school in Kalispell. Unfortunately teasing in school happens everywhere but I think Kalispell does a better job than most at preventing it.
There is a very active youth group scene here and outdoor activities galore. I have a 15 year old and he stays pretty busy with school activities and snow sports and river stuff in the summer. Schools here are really safe compared to other places, no worries of shootings, stabbings, gangs etc. and going somewhere with friends generally doesn't cause worries with parents.
The only way to be bored here is if you want to be!
Welcome and enjoy!
