Talking Help!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Bill. I live in Louisiana and I am just divorced!
I am looking for a small town in a moutainoues or hilly area. I want the challange of a harse winter.

I want to be in a secluded town, but 30 or 45 miles from a little larger town so that I can find part time work.

If anyone can help, please respond!!

Thanks!
Bill

Well, might I suggest Polebridge or somewhere close? You could also go to West Glacier, Hungry Horse or Coram. Polebridge or anywhere above is about as secluded as you are going to get, heck you can totally be off the grid up there in certain places and as far as winter goes it gets pretty harsh there. Below Polebridge it gets easier to live but still remote and access is by a dirt road that is plowed. There are 3 towns within 45 mins of any of the above. In all 3 places you are bordered by state and federal forests so critters are pretty much your neighbors.
