Talking Somers?
We have noticed that Somers housing prices are as low as the rest of Mt. Lakeside and Bigfork are both alot higher. Why is Somers lower when its on the same lake and just as pretty?

It could have somthing to do with where the house is,as in lakeside,some are either on the lake,and or have lake veiws. or some are in a more wooded location and have no veiw of lake.we have no veiw

Somers is no way as low as the rest of Montana, if you include eastern Montana.
