Was the Glacier Mall approved?
Someone told me that they broke ground on the sewage lines for Glacier Mall, but I was under the impression that it was still tied up in court. Anyone have some info?
Thanks

It was approved, the suit was dropped due to Bucky and the opposing group coming to an agreement. This agreement from what I've read and heard so far is so insane that it shouldn't even be built. Many people have written in and said build it as proposed or not at all.
A mall was going to be built one way or another so instead of an enclosed mall that would benefit seniors and disabled people who wanted to walk during the winter and eliminate having to move one's car all over the place when going there they agreed that it will be built along the lines of the shopping center where Sportsmans ski hous and Huhot are.

Isnt' that why most people like a mall? Seems kinda silly to have it all open. you can walk downtown for that. it's to have everything all under one roof away from weather. i was looking forward to having a place to go in these long long winters,to walk, and just have something to do when bored

The only way to change it back is letting the county council know as well as bucky wolford. A few letters to the editor have already been written to oppose the outdoor mall. What a waste.......

New article on the mall in todays paper... Now's the time to let your feelings known about the mall vs open air center. BTW since it's going to be an open air thing they are building more houses by it (which we don't need). County planning has it so let 'em know!
