Most of what cops do is go around harassing people to generate revenue. Amazing how some things never really change:
I am 80 years old, have lived in several states due to job assignments from East Coast to Hawaii and several in between. In all that time, I have never been harassed by the cops. The only ones that I have seen harassed over the years, are those that stick out as trouble and the cops try to keep the peace, and catch criminals.

When more crime happens on reservations, Indian against Indian, it is not racism when the criminal goes to jail but taking criminals off of the streets to protect the public.
