8 years ago. There are a lot of smaller houses in the area around the hospitals and collages. I know that Billings Clinic has a newsletter that has other employees stuff for sale and rent including housing sometimes. Also check out craigslist: san francisco bay area classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events for Montana there are a lot of listings on it for rentals.

Here is one that would be in between the Hospitals (bike riding distance) and Outback (driving distance). Also close to Pioneer park where they have a Folf Course (Frisbee Golf). It was on Craigslist.

I also recommend that he stay away from Dax. The guy just wants his money and gets his listings from the newspapers, etc. anyway.
