Any areas in MT need an orthodontist?
Hi I am looking to move to MT possibly but wonder where is a good place to live that might not have an orthodontist in the area or need another one? Thanks

eastern MT needs any professional it can get. dentists, doctors etc, it dont pay as much as Calif. but you should'nt be sued as much either  |

Billings
I live in the Billings area. I think this would be a good place to look. Billings is the largest "city" in MT with about 120K people, but it is the medical hub of the region. There are lots of small MT & No. WY towns that it serves. In looking in the yellow pages there are only 3 orthodontists listed in Billings. This amazes me, because as a middle school teacher I see TONS of kids with braces! If you would like more info on the area just let me know. I can also check with my dentist for further info if you'd like. Best wishes!

I remember a while back we were discussing dentists hereabouts, and someone piped up with the info that there is but one dentist in Townsend, and he's swamped. -- Given that, I'd expect any of the medium-sized towns are a bit short on medical and dental specialists of any stripe, tho there's more money in the larger cities (but more competition too).

Livingston, close to Yellowstone park. We can use a good ortho here. There is a good community base as well as some of the best of Montana within an hours driving time.
