I personally love Helena, but I'd prefer to live on the outskirts of town rather than IN Helena...

I visit Helena a lot since my daughter and grankids are there. I love the place and would live there if I could. For being the capitol and a city it's not that large and inpersonal. The school systems are great and some are better than others depending on who you talk to. There is always activities of all kinds going on all year round. It's windy, cold in the winter, warm in the summer and smokey during fire season. Beautiful place.
