I'm in Bozeman, but I got several inches (can't really get an exact measurement due to drifting). The height of the storm looked like this, with the hill 500 feet behind my house whited out:

I love it, NYMTman. Thanks for posting the picture. I'm looking to make a move to the area next fall. From my research, I'm falling in love with the Bitterroot Valley. I'm a writer who likes living simply and peacefully. Look like just the place for it.

We live in Minneapolis but my wife grew up in Missoula. If you move to the Bitterroot Valley you will love it! It's quite different from Minnesota! If my wife and I could get jobs out there we'd move in a second. We love Montana!! There is no place on earth like it.
