Looks very wet and heavy. Snow is much drier here on this side although we did get more moisture last season. The red fire hydrant reminded me of when we first looked at this area I couldn't figure why the hydrants in town were nearly as tall as me 
Gotta find them in the snow!

Seems way prettier than Colorado at a lower price-significantly lower, all told.
What am I missing?
