Default rent kalispell

Hi! I am coming to Kalispell for a final job interview. This is my first trip ever to montana!! I am thrilled and cant wait but if I get the job I will have a day and half to look around for rental!! yikes! I would prefer house but will consider anything as long as they take dogs! I have one, a very spoiled but very well behaved husky with referrences!! she does NOT bark and hopefully will be going to work with me every day! (I wont leave her home inside or crated) this is her kind of place!! I will also consider a roomate under the same conditions. I have my own furniture and am very picky but also a very small budget. (very small). I am not a kid (46years old) and have none either. I will be there next week... the 5th thru 7th of December if anyone has any ideas, suggestions, offers please email me at kellykathyj@yahoo.com. thanks and I look forward to the lifestyle and beauty of Montana... plus I have not been able to ski in years! Oklahoma is just tooo flat!

If you don't mind driving from Hot springs (several folks do commute to Kalispell from here), there are a few very affordable places for rent right now. I just looked in the "Little Baldy Press " and found these listed:

3 bedroom trailer w/tip out, large fenced yard, water and sewer paid. $ 350. per month , $150. deposit.

1 bedroom cabin on Main Street, $ 325. per month, renter pays water and sewer.

2 bedroom house in town $ 325. per month plus utilities.

1 bedroom house, breakfast nook, fireplace, one acre, (No price mentioned).

None of these will include electricity I would think but who knows ? PM me for the contact phone numbers if interested.

Summer-timers left them vacant when the headed south and I'm sure a nice dog wouldn't stop the owners form renting to you rather than wait for next summer to get the rent money flowing again ! If you don't have to sign a six month or yearly lease you could rent and commute for a little while until you find the right place closer to work.
Hope this helps you.
