We are from Texas and moved here 6 months ago. We love it here. Its an excellent place to raise your children and if you can get used to the quiet, the drive for shopping, the great prople, the wildlife everywhere and just an overall simple time. Then this is the place for you...... Employment here is a challenge but there are lots of opportunities in Great Falls. The schools are great, our kids love it here.Kids are 11 and 12. Into all the sports and loving the freedom that comes with the small town life...

Well here it is 2011 and i just found this forum Not sure if anyone reads these old posts I live in Conrad and we own a main street business! Somethings have changed since some of these posts ! [Mod cut] Yes windy and cold this winter! We have been spoiled for many years with moderate weather

I actually interviewed for a job in Conrad a few years ago. For me, the town seems too rural for my liking, but if you don't mind a small town it might work for you. I've met several people from there and every single one I know is a very real, down to earth person.
