I am looking for a town 1.5 hours away from Walmart or any corporate store and 2 from a mall. I love the look of Babb but wanted to see if any other towns existed like this. Thanks.

There are several towns that meet that criteria.
What else are you looking for?

A hospital honestly. I would love snow but okay with more of a milder winter also. Live within an hour of Seattle right now and want to start my life somewhere else. Since I am at that age.

Lots of small towns in Montana with small hospitals, many are very good.

Weather is a different matter as most of the state gets significant periods of snow, cold, winds, drought and serious periods of heat or flooding.
Wildfires can occur anywhere, but the smoke can be a consideration for those with respiratory issues all summer long.

There are lots of great, remote, small towns here, but you need to really look at what you want and need as all those towns are very different and offer very different amenities and lifestyles.

If you just want remote, that's no problem. Access to medical facilities narrows the field, but you need to keep adding what you want to narrow your search, then when you have a list, come visit them to get a real feel for the place and its people. Montana is very different from the Seattle area.

Good luck.

Babb is on the Blackfoot reservation. If you are not an enrolled member or married to an enrolled member, I would not live there.
Babb is pretty in the summer but can have quite extreme winter conditions.

As far as Walmart locations, these are the towns---
Billings, Laurel, Bozeman, Helena, Missoula, Kalispell, Butte, Great Falls, Havre, Polson, Miles City.

Take a Montana map and draw circles with radius of 75-90 miles from each one to get your up to 1 1/2 hours travel distance areas.

Do you need reliable Internet service? Some areas have few options or maybe just dial up.

Access to airport?

You can include the Walmart in Ponderay, North Idaho. That, along with the hospital, would give you all the lovely small towns along the western part of Highway 200 (Thompson Falls, Trout Creek, Noxon and Heron) plus Troy and Libby on Highway 2. No major mall in Sandpoint/Ponderay, but plenty of stores. For a mall you'd have to go to Missoula, Coeur d'Alene or Spokane.

To some people a mall is where Nordstrom's & Polo and the like are located.....so for those folks Montana doesn't really have anything that qualifies.

In that case a NW MT location mall access would probably be limited to Spokane Valley Mall and Riverpark Square, Spokane. Approx. 2/12 hours from Troy, 2 hours from Noxon (in nice weather).

Sheridan, MT has a hospital, and is in a beautiful area. Ennis would be another choice which also has a bigger hospital. Both are 1-2 hours from a Walmart. Bozeman and Butte (which would be your largest towns nearby) aren't huge. They have main streets, and Bozeman has some of the things like Bed, Bath, & Beyond, but if you really wanted a big mall for shopping you would need to go to Billings which would be 3 hours away. But you could do most of your shopping in Bozeman, and if you needed major medical stuff done, Bozeman has a bigger hospital system.

That was supposed to say 2 1/2 hours!
