Default Moving

My husband and I haved live in the mountains of WV all our lives. It used to be a wonderful place to live, but since the installations of several prisons in nearby Cumberland, MD. Our beautiful communtity is being destroyed.

We visited Livingston and Bozeman last week. It is just what we are looking for in a home. Livingston is a wonderful small town. Everyone was no nice. Bozeman was great too but a little bigger than we wanted. I like the fact that Bozeman is only about 15 to 20 minutes away from Livingston. We found that my husband would be able to find work pretty easy and I do not believe I would have trouble either. But the real estate seems pretty high. We are looking for at the very least 10 acres of land and probably going to build on it. Is there any where else in Montana that would have cheaper real estate and jobs that pay well close by?

Livingston is a pretty cool place, but a person has to be willing to get used to windy weather most of the year.

My understanding is real estate in Bozeman area is some of the highest in the state. Check out western MT (yes, it is high but not as high). Missoula or Kalispell areas ---- mountains, rural but both are growing and have the super walmart, costco, etc. Missoula has two of the best hospitals in the state.

Thank you. Someone else told me about the Missoula area. Kalispell is too high for me. I also heard the Bitteroot area is nice.
