TypicalCalifornian will become famous soon enoughTypicalCalifornian will become famous soon enough
Has anyone else noticed a different quality or tone to the posts from a few years ago when the biggest concern and question was "How do these Californians have so much money? and will they ever stop coming?"

Maybe my imagination runs wild and I'm inventing too much back story to the posts.

Well, you know the old adage, "As Montana goes, so goes the Nation".

LOL. I love the Montana forum, it is true that in some ways resembles the State. I am from Italy, and really love Montana. I like non crowded places and the west. I was in Kalispell and Whitefish. Too bad they keep on building. I wish there were some jobs for me out there. Unfortunately many jobs in the gaming industry are in california, which I am not sure if I want to go there. This is such a random post.

You know if you could cook being from Italy would benefit you greatly. Good Italian food is hard to find if not nonexistant here.
There's places that have americanized Itlaian food but the real deal? I haven't found it yet much to my dismay!
Italian pastry, breads, pizza, cannoli etc? Where do I sign up?????

Smile Eastern Montana

Opheim, Montana. We're small but a great little town with a great school. There are some opportunities. Right now, there is a bar for sale and a cafe that needs a manager. Opheim is also the home of the business that manufacturers lefse (Norwegian flat bread), so one can always get a job there. The lefse is sold nationwide and is the best! We just need a few familiies to move in that have high schoolers (we have plenty of elementary kids). Next year, we won't have a boys basketball team because our numbers are too low. So, if there is anyone out there who would love to work at a business that manufacturers lefse who has high school boy(s) who love to play basketball, boy do we have the Utopia for you!!

Opheim was also in the national news last year for having a senior graduating class of ONE! Oh and BTW, you can get that Lefse at most ALbertson's stores! Good stuff. It's in the frozen section of the meat department...
