Looking for 3-4 bedroom house in Kalispell out in country
Just asking for more eyes looking out for a house around Kalispell that is out in the country for family of 5 plus 2 friendly dogs. Need to have garage and room to park 3 trailers and a boat! Looking to occupy middle of next month. Have references! Year lease will be fine since we will be new to the area and are not sure where we like buy. I think I have all the rental agencies bookmarked, but I know houses go unadvertised by private owners. We are looking to pay up to $1300.
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!! We are supposed to close on our house here June 18th in WA. We will need to start taking things over the first part of June. We should be in town Memorial weekend and I will be there working the following week.
Thanks!!!!!!!!

I used to do it all the time, no big deal, just have good tires and know how to drive on ice and snow.

I'd agree with Rickers and just add that I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't at least a couple of days each year where you couldn't do it but those are rare. Good vehicle, good tires, drive for the conditions and you'll be fine.

Thanks! I will keep all this in mind while looking for a rental. I am realizing that what we need, may have to be out that far. I am getting more and more excited though about moving there from the people I have been talking too while looking for a rental!
