Default How is the real estate market?
What are you seeing in home sales out there? I am looking at Billings in particular. Are things slowing down? Steady? or booming? I'd like a local perspective on things there. Eventually we will be looking at a single family home in Billings (3-400K - unless interest rates go too high).

BLGS real estate is steady; prices increase the further west you travel. You could find a *really* nice home for $250K or less.

You can still find smaller older places for way less than $100,000. Pay it off quick and then get your life back !
