Thanks folks. Great info.

Rezaic - thanks for the heads up that the Twin Bridges area is one of the coldest. Strengthens my position that we don't have to live right next to the family.

Welcome. It's a lovely area otherwise, nice little towns in that whole valley, low-key folks... but lordy, when I went to Ennis in July and there was still ICE on the lake...
